TERMS OF USE

Images & Coding
You may not...
- claim any of the graphics as your own either in their original state, or in an altered state.
- use any of the HTML coding that I have edited to design and sell blogs for monetary reimbursement.
- alter any of the HTML coding that I have edited without my permission. If you alter any of the coding, you will be required to delete all of my changes and remove my credits.
- reproduce any of the images that I have created for ANYTHING unless you have my written permission and consent.
- hold The Frilly Coconut responsible for any lost images. You must check your Photobucket account at a minimum of every 90 days to insure that nothing is deactivated.

Note: The edits that I make to your HTML coding are copyrighted. If you alter and/or copy my coding, this becomes a legal matter that will be pursued. Please be respectful of my time and original work.

Payment and Fees
- You are required to make a non-refundable $15 deposit towards your custom design cost. Once you are completely satisfied with your design, I will bill you the remainder of the balance (less the deposit) and you will be expected to pay this before your design installation.
- Once your final approval has been given and your design has been installed, I reserve rights to charge additional fees for any edits requested.
- Payments are accepted via Paypal ONLY unless prior arrangements are made with and approved by The Frilly Coconut.

Credits
- You are required to display credits to my blog for your design. If you remove my credits, you must remove ANY and ALL design elements created by The Frilly Coconut and reset your template.

- Additional credits may be required on your blog if alternative images, graphics, or elements are used. You may not remove these for any reason.

Permission
- I will display a screenshot of your final blog design in my design profile. This screenshot will also be linked to your blog unless you specifically note otherwise.
- Any designs created by The Frilly Coconut are protected under a Creative Commons Copyright. Credit is given for any additional images used from alternative sources.
