Are you currently accepting projects?
No, at this time the queue is currently full.
What process do I go through to get my project in the queue?
1. Read through my Services and Terms of Design.
2. Request a quote by submitting a New Project Questionnaire.
3. Within 24-48 business hours I will respond with a quote and projected start date.
4. Make 50% deposit to reserve your spot in the queue for all design packages.
Do you accept all projects?
I would love to, but unfortunately I can no longer do that! In year’s past the design queue has grown extensively in short periods of time and it was difficult to manage. I now accept projects on a case-by-case basis based on what I think is a good fit for the services that I offer.
While most projects are accepted, some simply aren’t a good fit. Whenever that case arises, I always try to refer you to another designer.
What’s your schedule like and when can you work on my project?
I require that all potential clients submit a New Project Questionnaire before I fit projects into my schedule. Each project requires a different timeframe based on requests. I want to make sure that when I schedule your project I have a certain amount of allotted time to insure that we can work effectively.
I need to start working on my project as soon as possible! Can I pay extra for you to start immediately?
You can pay $200 (in addition to your package order) to have your project moved up to the next available start date. This covers additional time spent in my office completing your project in a timely manner. If you have a deadline, please discuss this with me in advance. I can certainly work with a deadline, but failure to communicate this deadline during our first consultation may result in this deadline not being met.
Are there any terms I’m agreeing to when working with you?
Yes! Before making a deposit for your project please read my Terms of Design thoroughly. Make sure that you’re comfortable with these terms because you are held responsible for abiding by them, as am I.
What are your office hours?
All emails are answered between 5:00 – 10:00 pm CST. If you need to get in touch with me, it’s best to email me. I can also be found on Skype – username: thefrillycoconut.
You told me I need a web host. Where do I get one?
If you’re purchasing a WordPress(.org) Design Package of any sort, you will need to obtain a web host if you do not already have one. I prefer that you purchase web hosting from BlueHost. Please make sure that any web hosting package you choose to purchase meets WordPress’ requirements.
Do you offer printing services for business cards, brochures, or anything else?
At this time, no, The Frilly Coconut is exclusively a graphic and web design shoppe. I can design print work, I just don’t do the printing for you, instead I email you a digital copy. I do however strongly recommend UPrinting.com for your printing needs.
